Also addresses our future needs for easy access on the ground floor, just what we need as we get older. And it has a wonderful yard to enjoy! So we decided to sell with her too.

Shelli did a great job for us. We work out of state and she had a list of houses lined up for us to look at when we were able to come down and look at them. Once we decided on a home she took care of scheduling all of the inspections needed and even paid for one for us out of her own pocket since we were unable to get funds to her in time for the inspection due to us being out of state. She is also very knowledgeable of the area.
